VOLUNTEERS TO SUPPORT DAILY ACTIVITIES (BORDEAUX, 33)

Created in 2012 in memory of Eva - who died of a brainstem tumor - the association "Eva, pour la vie" aims to help research on pediatric cancers and the families of sick or deceased children. It also works with institutions to obtain an increase in the resources allocated to research on pediatric cancers, as well as an improvement in support for families. At the same time, the association can set up actions to improve the daily life of hospitalized children, and provide moral support to families.
Exclusively voluntary, the association - recognized as being of general interest - relies on a network of volunteers and regional delegates present all over France. The head office is located in Bordeaux (France). We need volunteers to support us in the daily administrative and relational tasks.

MISSIONS
You can participate in all or some of the following missions, depending on your skills:
- Respond to requests from members and donors
- Participate in the development of the donor network (in particular, companies)
- Entering payments and checks in the database
- Participate in the improvement of the website, writing news, editorial content on social networks, newsletters

TALENTS
We are looking for a person with good interpersonal and editorial skills, a good sense of telephone reception, knowledge of office software and possibly graphics. You are autonomous.

SUPPORT
Training in practices and tools; follow-up throughout the mission.

DURATION AND AVAILABILITY
1 day per week minimum (Monday to Friday 10 am-5pm) for a period to be determined
Possibility of an agreed internship.
